"Terrible experience. Auto Insurance out of no were just went ridiculously high more than doubled with no accidents or tickets. Changed insurance now pay less than 1/4 of what I was paying. Called to cancel and verified twice my card would not be billed. However, they still bill me $500+ I requested a refund and was not given an update or realistic response on the refund. I was charged for a cancelled policy an administration error somehow they forgot to end the automatic payments."

"This office has created a world of problems for us. From wrong policies being issued to them just straight up ignoring now when my fiancé called/calls. *AS AN UPDATE** this office also won’t answer when corporate calls them. What does that tell you? When buying a home, and needing homeowners insurance - they dragged their feet to the extent that we ended up switching offices - only to find that the new office can’t access any information until it’s released from this office. The girls working up there have been extremely slow, and come to find out they didn’t even setup our policies correctly for homeowners and now we have to not only reach out to our mortgage Company to get this resolved due to lack of communication from State Farm in general - but face cancellation because they didn’t do their jobs. I would not recommend this office AT ALL. After calling the State Farm main number and talking with someone, it’s clear this office was not only purposely causing issues - but striving for them. My mom in law had a similar experience with this office as well and left after YEARS of being with them. Absolutely ridiculous incompetency and avoidance of the issues they’ve created."
